Orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase and before shipment can be cancelled directly for a full refund.

Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics delivery to be completed and then contact us to arrange a return and refund.
