Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Auroravivra (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are dedicated to providing high-quality office furniture, bedroom furniture, and living room furniture. Please review our policy below regarding the cancellation of orders.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation conditions are defined by the status of your order:

  • Unshipped Orders within 48 Hours: If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order and the items have not yet been shipped, the order can be directly canceled without any fees.

  • Orders exceeding 48 Hours or Shipped Orders: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been dispatched (regardless of the time elapsed), we are unable to cancel the order. In this scenario, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items, and then contact us to initiate a return and refund process. For more details on this process, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team immediately via email at care@auroravivra.com or by phone at +1 (956) 272-5761.

  • In your communication, you must provide your Order Number and Proof of Payment so we can locate your record quickly.

  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange for the refund without delay.

Refund Instructions

  • Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed (or the return is verified for shipped items), the refund will be issued directly to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate that the refund will reach your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modifications

  • Address Changes: If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. We cannot change the address once the item has been shipped.

  • Item Changes: We do not support direct modification of items (e.g., changing color or size) after the order is placed. If you need to make changes, we recommend cancelling the original order (if eligible under Section 1) and placing a new order.

Refusal of Delivery
Please note that if an order is shipped and you refuse to accept the package upon delivery without prior approval from us, this does not constitute a valid cancellation. In such cases, the refund process will only begin after the logistics provider returns the items to our warehouse, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund in accordance with our return standards.
